Bliston Property Management Company Limited (BPM) provides professional property management services for properties in the Group and other property in the key location of Bangkok Suwan Tower , Bliston Residence and Suite, Suwan Golf and Country Club and Suwan Ratchaphruek Park
Originally established to manage Bliston Suwan Parkview Residence Suite and Hotel, BPM has proven its professional management expertise to subsequently extend services to other projects outside the Group. While Bliston brand is relatively new in the market, our experiences are not. Our management team and staffs gathered many years of exceptional experiences with Ascott group, the global property management company. Consequently, Bliston adheres to the highest quality and international standard yet provides its client with reasonable fees.
In September 2010, BPM was selected by the owner of “Baan K Residence”, the property located in Soi Saladaeng, to manage their 120 Million Baht property. The Management team believes that this boutiques residential suite is an important milestone for the company and puts a great deal of effort to make this suite a renowned residence in Bangkok Central Business area.

We will support the development of the property and the modification of the existing one in all areas of market feasibility analysis. We will support sales and marketing efforts. Sales staff shall work under the guidance and direction of the Management of the property. Sales effort will be focused direct sales, telemarketing and service relationship with the governmental organizations, corporate firms and in bound travel agencies.Management Service
