Bangkok is a vibrant city with excellent restaurants, shopping and nightlife. It also can be overwhelming, traffic clogged and extremely noisy. At Bliston Suwan Park View, one can experience all of the former and eliminate the latter. In the heart of Bangkok, located on Soi Tonson off of Ploenchit Road, Bliston is a short walk from the Chidlom BTS (sky train) stop and Central Chidlom Department Store. It has easy access to the second stage expressway. The Chidlom Skywalk connects to Central World Plaza, Isetan, and Erawan & Gaysorn Plazas. Soi Tonson is a lovely, quiet tree-lined lane with enough greenery to absorb both air pollution and noise pollution. In 2008 when Bliston was created as the flagship in the hotel and serviced apartment division of Suwan Group, the Board of Directors’ vision was to build Bliston’s reputation on unequaled Thai hospitality management. Mr. Kijja Laowsuwan, Residence Manager, describes Bliston’s service as, “flexible, going the extra mile, and beyond expectation”. The name of the residence is indicative of this view to superior service. “Bliston” is derived from the word blissful, i.e. spiritual satisfaction and happiness. The “ton” is a nod to Bliston’s prime location on Soi Tonson.
Always looking to improve services and accommodation, Bliston has recently renovated the twelfth floor to create residences with a more modern ambiance in keeping with the shifting tastes of the 21st Century. In the coming year, one or two more floors will be added to this “Platinum” group of rooms. The “Classic” rooms are furnished in a more traditional style with warm woods and elegant silk trimmings. Also newly renovated, the swimming pool, located on the 5th floor as are all the public areas, now boasts a pool bar and restaurant. A buffet breakfast is served daily in this modern class-enclosed restaurant beside the pool.
A sister company, Suwan Golf and Country Club is a five-star golf course on the outskirts of Bangkok in Nakorn Pathom Province. A premier golf course in Asia, Suwan Golf hosted an Asian Golf Tour event in February/ March 2009. Convenient for Bliston residents, being only a forty-minute drive away, Bliston residents with a minimum one-year lease can now enjoy a free one-year membership at Suwan Golf.

Bliston is looking to the future with plans to expand to other properties possibly through a management agreement or by taking over an existing building. Currently, there is only one Bliston residence. The future might bring additional residences in Chiang Mai, Pukket or even another in Bangkok.
With a total 152 apartments, one can choose from three types of one-bedroom apartment, three types of two-bedroom apartment or a three-bedroom apartment. All apartments are fully furnished with linens, flatware, silverware, kitchen appliances, a flat screen TV, and entertainment center. Bathrooms are en suite with showers in all, plus a bathtub in at least one. Washers and dryers or all-in-one units are provided with 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and are available upon request for 1-bedroom apartments. Wi-Fi and port Internet service is provided. Other services include: 24-hour security, CCTV surveillance, parking, daily maid service, 24-hour maintenance and laundry service. Facilities include: self-service laundry, sauna and steam room, a large and small meeting room, a lobby restaurant (currently being renovated), aerobics room, children’s play area and a fully equipped gym. Kitchens are equipped with an oven, microwave, large refrigerator and a 2 to 4 burner stove top.
From a Bliston serviced apartment one has a view to suit the personality - either the greenery of Soi Tonson or the bustle of Ploenchit Road. Floors 1-4 are parking areas. All public areas are located on the 5th floor. Residences are located on floors 6 through 20. There are designated non-smoking floors.
